GOAL:
Develop action items with innovations in wood products to bridge rural-urban divide:
- Utilization of wood waste and discarded wood
- Upgrade low quality wood to higher grades
- New applications & new construction technologies
- In-situ retrofit/rehab with polymer composites,
- Others, e.g. natural fiber composites
