Caspar Creek Annual Meeting - May 21, 2025

During the second day of the Caspar Creek Annual Meeting, we explored insights on the experimental timber harvest effects on water balance and groundwater dynamics. We also got an update on the project investigating subsurface water routing. Other research projects from around Caspar were also presented, including studies on use of carbon by redwoods and modeling potential restoration effects on habitat for coho salmon. The discussions underscored the significance of collaboration and data analysis in understanding ecological dynamics. The meeting concluded with acknowledgments of contributors and plans for future events.
