For the love of art and science: Exhibition at the Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine MECA comes to fruition

In the fall of 2023, the Rocky Mountain Research Station hosted two visiting artists: MorvaridK "Mo" and Alexandre “Alex” Dupeyron. Mo and Alex visited experimental forests and labs across the West, speaking with scientists, collecting materials, and taking photographs. During the past year, Mo has been thoughtfully creating an exhibition titled “Standing Still” which has been featured at the Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine la MECA, in Bordeaux, France. The exhibition was on display from November 16th 2024 to May 25th, 2025, and Mo has plans for this work to be featured in other galleries later in 2025.
