NRCS Practice Standard 336: Soil C amendment building, soil C, and improving soil health with biochar

The USDA Forest Service, in partnership with the United States Biochar Initiative and the Southern Region Extension of Forestry, is hosting monthly biochar webinars. The first in this series is all about soil carbon and improving soil health using biochar. In this webinar titled, "NRCS Practice Standard 336: Soil C Amendment Building, Soil C, and Improving Soil Health with Biochar", Dr. Candiss Williams at Purdure University speaks on her work with the NRCS in using biochar to restore soil health and reintroduce carbon to these soils.
