Abstract
This report is motivated by the overarching question “Where were trees planted and rain barrels installed, as part of opt-in programs in relation to Baltimore’s priorities?” In particular: 1. Who participated in planting and installation programs in terms of available space? 2. How did participation vary by TreeBaltimore priorities? 3. Where are there opportunities for tree planting in terms of available space and priorities?
