Abstract

Summarizes recent efforts that have completed the grouse restoration program in Missouri. Presents information on grouse abundance and trends from short- and long-term monitoring at release sites. Reviews ruffed rouse hunting in Missouri, and examines two case studies of grouse response to habitat management.
