Abstract

The research unit of the Northeastern Forest Experiment Station at Burlington, Vermont, has been doing research on methods of installing tubing since 1966. We have studied several ways of hanging tubing and have found that there are certain techniques to use if plastic tubing is to be installed and to operate successfully.
