Fire Resilient Landscapes - Raster Tools

This notebook demonstrates how Raster Tools and ancillary data can be used to identify and quantify treatment locations and cost of implementation to reduce fire risk and create fire resilient landscapes. This tutorial and tool walks users through the process of estimating the potential biomass removals and costs associated with transforming a USDA Forest Service National Forest into a more fire resilient landscape. Datasets used in this notebook include raster surfaces, roads, streams, water bodies, sawmill locations, potential operational delineations (PODs), and a digital elevation model.
