Primary Features

The Hoosier Ridge RNA consists of a broad alpine ridge roughly bisected by the Continental Divide. The RNA includes significant populations of many rare plant species, including the federally threatened Penland alpine fen mustard (Eutrema penlandii). Parts of the RNA burned in 2018.
