Primary Features

The Pennock Creek RNA includes a complete watershed of extensive north-facing subalpine forests and some low alpine tundra. The high-elevation limber pine forest is a principal feature of this RNA as well asoutstanding examples of upper montane and subalpine forest cover types and low alpine tundra.
