Primary Features

The Shell Canyon RNA includes steep limestone cliffs above more gentle slopes on the south side of Shell Canyon. Douglas-fir and Rocky Mountain juniper woodlands are intermixed with black sagebrush/bluebunch wheatgrass communities in the RNA.
