Primary Features

Extensive subalpine plant communities characterized by willow, sedge, and grass species.  Forest communities mainly subalpine fir/grouse whortleberry habitat type, willow-dominated riparian vegetation is present at lower elevations, limited stands of lodgepole pine/common juniper at lower-most elevations.
