WFDSS is currently the only web-based application that allows interagency and interdepartmental fire staff to access a one-stop suite of decision support tools while being in compliance with policy, guidance, and documentation requirements. It is embedded in standard fire training courses, is the only place to run certain fire models like FSPro, and is relied upon by thousands of interagency fire staff.
