Introduction to Behave7

This webinar provides an overview of Behave7 and explores the Surface module and calculators. It is designed for all users, regardless of their prior Behave experience.

Behave7 is a complete redesign and overhaul of BehavePlus v6. Behave7 was first released in May 2024 and is still in active development. It is one of the most commonly used fire behavior modeling systems in the U.S. More information and the software may be accessed on the Behave webpage.

This webinar is hosted by the Fire Learning Network (FLN). The FLN is made up of fire practitioners across the United States who are dedicated to building a world where beneficial fire can do its work on the landscape and harmful fire is less common and more effectively managed.
