Station Executive Team

The Northern Research Station (NRS) is one of the largest of the 7 Research Stations that are part of the USDA Forest Service Research & Development. Within a Region that is heavily forested as well as the most populated area of the United States, Station research contributes tools and knowledge that are used by land managers including governments, non-government organizations, industry, and family forest owners to achieve their goals. The Northern Research Station footprint comprises 20 states and 40% of the U.S. Population.
