The USDA Northeast Climate Hub (NE Hub) develops and delivers science-based, region-specific information and technologies to help farmers, foresters, and other land managers integrate climate change information into planning, decision-making, and management activities in order to sustain the diverse benefits from agricultural land and forests in a changing climate. 

The USDA Northeast Climate Hub region includes the twelve Northeastern States plus the District of Columbia. To provide climate-relevant information to land managers in the region, the NE Hub works with USDA agencies, university partners, non-profit organizations, state and private partners, research institutes, tribes, federal, state, and local organizations, and agricultural and natural resource managers. The Hub’s work aligns with the USDA mission to provide leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and related issues based on sound public policy, the best available science, and efficient management.
