The goal of STEW-MAP is to understand who takes care of the environment, who they work with, and where they work. You are an important organization in Baltimore and your participation is important to understanding Baltimore's stewardship network. Your organization may not focus primarily on the environment. Your organization may focus on housing, transportation, social services. However, your organization may still engage in caring for the environment in some fashion.

The Bridger-Teton National Forest (BTNF) in western Wyoming comprises over 3.4 million acres of public land. This rich and diverse landscape borders Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and includes the headwaters of the Green, Snake, and Yellowstone Rivers. Robust and diverse partnerships are necessary to steward this landscape, yet these partnerships are not currently systematically tracked or available as a dataset.

Fiscal Year 2020 won’t soon be forgotten. We began the year by saying good-bye to a long-time colleague and CATT advocate, Regional Fisheries Program Manager, Leigh McDougal. As part of the Lake Tahoe West Restoration Partnership, a science team worked with resource managers to evaluate effects of forest dynamics and management strategies on social and ecological values within a 59,000-acre landscape in the western part of the Lake Tahoe basin in California.
